My Role Model…

A “role model” …, cannot be described through words or phrases…nor with google definitions. A role model is one who always inspires you in every way of life, he is the one who enlightens your path by removing the darkness in your mind. We always try to imitate our  role model and always wish to be like him……

If I was given a chance to live my role model’s life … I would have always follow his footsteps and improve my inner selves.

My role model influence the whole world … not by his educational degrees nor by any scientific discoveries or inventions but by his thoughts on love , peace and compassion. His deep knowledge of humanity inspires the whole world. He is no one other than the great Indian saint – Swami Vivekananda. 

Improving Innerself….

“Swami Vivekananda” was a man with great self – esteem. He was full of qualities like patience, hope and love. He never had inferior complex… he never hesitated in talking to the most educated person in the world although he was just B.A pass. He didn’t have any great qualifications but still he gave lectures to many educated persons (also the British) worldwide and that to in the time when India was ruled by the British.  I like this quality of him the most. In my daily life truly, I’m having jealous factor and also competitive nature, but if I’m given a chance to live the life of ‘swamiji’ maybe I could come out of these bad qualities of mine and maybe I become full of love and kindness  with everyone. This is the first thought that come into my mind when anybody tells me to live the life my role model- Swami Vivekananda.

Feeling God

                 The Impersonal God seen through the mists of sense is personal.

I really believe in god … and with the primary ways of ‘bhakti’ such as going to the temple daily , keeping fasts….. I always try to be near god and make a connection with him. This action of mine is always a mode of laughter for my friends and they always tease me for going to the temple … they feel that I’m foolish and  have outdated thinking. Swami Vivekananda , in the age of 18 made a coalition with Shri Ramakrishnan (his guru) …. to know about the existence of god .. and it is said that by practicing meditation …. Swamiji actually saw and felt god. If I was Vivekananda …. I would also have tried to practice meditation just like swamiji and may be being Vivekananda, me too would have got a chance of meeting and feeling the almighty soul – GOD.

Passing The Light ......

      
The knowledge I would gain through the coalition with Ramakrishnan will not sustain only within me. I would pass the light of knowledge to the whole society, so that the society would rise as a whole and this world would become a better place to live in… I think that this action of mine would make this world full of peace & truth.
